Welcome back to another wonderful learning term at Pigeon Mountain Primary School. A special welcome to the number of families that have joined us for their first day of school today!
There is a lot that happens in Term 4 including:

This week we also welcome a new staff member to our team
Melanie Travers has joined our administration and leadership team as our Executive Officer. We know that Melanie will be a real asset to our team and we are delighted to have her start today.

Uniform for Term 4
It is time to start thinking about sun safety again as we head into Spring and therefore we ask that our students wear their PMPS navy school hat every day in Term 4. We also encourage the use of sunscreen.
The key differences in uniform for Term 4 include, no long pants and wearing hats instead of beanies. The start of a new term is always a good time to update your knowledge about the uniform expectations – you can check out our uniform webpage for more information.
Absences from School
If for any reason your child will not be at school please report the absence via @school parent app or our school website, include the date your child will be away, the length of time they will be away and the reason why.
If you do not have the @school parent app please contact the office.
Calendar Art Fundraiser
Our students have been busy creating art work for our calendar fundraiser that can be made into affordable Calendars, Cards, Diaries, Mouse Mats and Sketch Pads.
Each product is made from your own child’s art.
These make unique Christmas gifts for family and friends and are perfect for posting overseas.
Details on how to place an order have been emailed to families.
Orders close Wednesday 30 October.
