REPORTING TO PARENTS APRIL 2019

As part of our Reporting to Parents Policy, we are planning 15 minute 3-way conferences (parents/child/teacher) conferences as follows:

Wednesday, 10th April from 1.15pm to 8pm

Thursday, 11th April from 3.15pm to 6pm

Bookings will open on the “school interview” web page on the Monday, 1st April at 8.00am, and will close on Wednesday 10th April at 8am. They will re-open at 8.00am on Thursday, 11th April and close again at 12.00 noon.

School will be closing at 12.45pm on WEDNESDAY 10th APRIL 2019

A letter has also been sent home earlier  concerning the early closing of the school on Wednesday, 10th April and it is important that the tear-off slip is returned to the classroom teacher as soon as you receive the letter.

The school is using a website for booking conference appointments. It is very easy to complete, and we invite you to book your appointment time by going on line to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz The school code for this conference is pqjuy. Just follow the instructions of the web page to book your appointments with all teachers. There is also a link on the school’s web page to take you straight to the log in page for school interviews. Our website is www.pigeon-mountain.school.nz. Should you not have access to a computer, or the internet, please feel free to contact our school office staff to arrange an appointment for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Our ESOL teachers, Mrs de Jonge & Mrs Cox will also be available for an appointment during this time should you require an appointment with them. These appointments can also be booked on line.

If the above set dates are inconvenient for you, parents should make an appointment with the teacher at a mutually convenient time during the year.
